The Canton Ice House Golf Center is located on the mezzanine level at the Canton Ice House. There are two Trackman simulators in a 13,000 cubic foot room with a 600 square foot putting surface. The Trackman technology is considered the best in golf simulation and used by the PGA Tour. The deluxe E6 package contains 86 golf courses from all over the world, including Pebble Beach and St. Andrews.

Dadasis said much of the work on the rink was done by Canton businesses and individuals, including Greg Pando, the lead architect on the project, and Giacchetto’s firm By Design Construction, which served as the general contractor. The crossfit training center, Athlete Operations, is run by Canton’s Kevin Foley, and the rink itself is overseen and managed by Dave McNeil, a Canton native and CHS hockey alumnus. The Canton Ice House opened its doors in September 2016, featuring 2 NHL sized rinks, a full menu Cafe located upstairs overlooking both rinks, Pro-shop and 2 Golf Simulators. The Ice House is home to several local area high school teams, an elite private club program, several local youth hockey programs and a premier figure skating club. The Ice House will host several large regional hockey tournaments each year as well as regional figure skating competitions. Throughout the year, the Ice House will offer public skating, learn to skate and learn to play hockey programs.
Our lobby takes you right to the LR schedule that directs you to either the Red or Blue side of the Locker Room corridor which is conveniently color coded on the walls and the floor! A plaque on the boards of the red rink also remembers Tom Gunning, along with two other longtime CYH volunteers and “great hockey dads” who passed away last year, Pat Walsh and Steve Staffiere.
